The conference registration fee includes the opening reception (Oct 11)
and refreshments during breaks. The registration fee also includes
electronic copies (pdf) of the published Proceedings.

STANDARD FEE SCHEDULE:

Standard Registration (payment deadline 15 Sep 2008): $230 U.S. Dollars

Late Registration (payment received after 15 Sep 2008): $250 U.S. Dollars

Conference Dinner (Sunday evening, Oct 12): $40 U.S. Dollars
(Note: We will need your Reservation for the dinner by 15 Sep 2008.)

REFUND POLICY: $200 refund if registration canceled by 15 Sep 2008
