DAE 2007 Conference Fees and Deadlines 31 October - 3 November 2007 REGISTRATION: For registration please use the Registration & Payment link in the menu at the left to submit the DAE 2007 online electronic preregistration form for the conference database and then complete and submit, with your method of payment, the conference registration & fee form. The fee payment options are given on the registration and payment forms. * The registration fee includes Wednesday evening (31 October 2007) social reception/registration, three breakfasts, three lunches, refreshments during breaks, dinner 1 November, and the conference banquet 2 November. * Junior Researchers may apply for conference support. FEE SCHEDULE: Standard Registration: by 31 August 2007 * Fee $275.00 US. Payment by 31 August 2007 Late Registration: after 31 August 2007 * Fee $325.00 US. Payment after 31 August 2007 REFUND POLICY: A refund of $200.00 will be made for cancellations received by 15 Sept. 2007.
