The Conference Registration* fees are: Regular Registration: $200 (until 29 February 2008), $250 (1 Mar. 2008 to 15 Apr. 2008) Forum Members: $160 (until 29 February 2008), $200 (1Mar. 2008 to 15 Apr. 2008) Student Registration: $150 (until 29 February 2008), $200 (1 Mar. 2008 to 15 Apr. 2008) Companion Registration: $100 (to offset meal costs) No registration accepted: After 15 Apr. 2008 100% Refund Cancellation Date: Not later than 15 March 2008 80% Refund Cancellation Date: 16 March 2008 to 15 April 2008 *Registration charges include all conference material, coffee breaks, 3 breakfasts, and 3 lunches, the dinner-reception on the evening of May 15, the conference banquet on May 16, and the dinner on the evening of May 17. The IMST 2008 Registration & Payment form portions can be filled in electronically and printed for mailing. The form's authorities have been set to allow you to save a copy of the completed form.
