Special Topics Course Requests: Fall 2008

There are two forms which must be filled out to request a Special Topics Course:

(1) Enter the required information in the Special Topics Request form and print the completed form.

(2) Enter the required information in the Special Topics Syllabi form and print the completed form.

(3) Submit both (printed) forms to Ray Clapsadle, who will begin the approval process.
